Arun entered the property industry in 1987 briefly joining Lewis and Tucker before moving to Hillier Parker in 1989.

Whilst at Hillier Parker, he was a member of the Fund Management Team working on Courtaulds Pension Fund and Sterling Estates. In 1993 he moved to Investment Agency dealing with the National Market, particularly Business Space and Retail Warehousing.

In 1998 he moved to FPDSavills as a Director specialising in Development Funding and Investment Agency, predominantly in Business Space.

Leaving FPDSavills in 2002, he joined Angermann Goddard and Loyd as Investment Director returning to Retail Warehousing and Business Space before helping to create Ashworth Sibal Welch, now Sibal Welch.

Arun continues to deal with Development Funding and Investment Agency in both the Retail Warehouse and Business Space Markets.
