Jonnie joined Nelson Bakewell as a graduate in 1996 working for a short time in the Shopping Centre Management Team before joining the Investment Department, working specifically on portfolio acquisitions and disposals along with helping within the Auction Department.

In 1999 he joined the Investment Department of NAI Gooch Webster as an Associate Director within the Open Market Team, predominantly focusing on acquisitions.

In 2002, through a merger Jonnie joined Colliers CRE as a Director heading up the All Markets Investment Team along with being retained Investment Advisor to Northern Ireland Local Government Offices Superannuation Committee (NILGOSC) where he remained until 2005 when he left to join Ashworth Sibal Welch, now Sibal Welch as a Partner.

Jonnie deals with Investment Agency concentrating mainly on the Retail Warehousing, Industrial and Business Space sectors.
