Current mixed-use developments such as St George Wharf and London Bridge City, along with proposed regeneration projects at Vauxhall and Waterloo, are moving the focus of interest in London south of the river. The combined effect of these major regeneration projects is to draw people to the new south bank, creating fresh opportunities for prosperity and employment.
